Terms & Conditions of the Jim’s Cheesecakes Breakfast Challenger

• ​ This challenge is a pre-booked event only.

•  Participants must be 18 years and over.

•  You agree to have your challenge featured on our social media accounts.

•  You agree to have your photo on our Winners & Losers board in-store.

•  No food substitutions or swaps can be made to the Breakfast Challenge.

•  This is a timed challenge and you have 30.00 minutes to complete it.

•  No toilet breaks are allowed. 

• The challenge will take place at the Wimborne Minster store only.

•  You may stand but cannot leave the table area within the timed 30 minutes.

•  This is a one person challenge and cannot be shared with other guests.

•  The food must be completed onsite and is not available for take away.

•  Any sign of sickness will cause disqualification.

•  Any attempts of cheating will cause disqualification.

•  The company; Jim’s Cheesecakes (Wimborne) Ltd, or any of its suppliers cannot be held responsible for any adverse health effects during or after the challenge.

•  If you complete the challenge within 30.00 minutes you will receive a refund of the £30.00 entry fee. You will receive a winners T-shirt. You’ll be featured on our shareable social media accounts and you’ll appear on our winners wall in-store.

•  All participants are required to sign a waiver prior to the challenge.
